Well Hello!

DeShantel Tribbett-Robinson: a worshipper, woman of prayer, teacher, preacher, devoted wife, mother and grandmother (aka Gammi Gam).  Reared as a pastor’s kid, the eldest of four, born to Tyrone Tribbett Sr. and Neicy Tribbett.  It is no wonder that her passion and skills are so potent having inherited strong roots from her two grandmothers, grandfather and great-grandmother who left a legacy of faithful servant-hood, leadership and prayer warriors.

She served in many capacities over the years singing and directing youth choirs and worship teams at her family’s church, as well as, on a national level.  In the early 1990’s, DeShantel was inspired to form a group named after their paternal grandmother called the “McClellan Singers” which consisted of her sister, and a handful of first cousins.  They performed around the city of Camden, NJ as well as Philadelphia, PA.  She was also one of the original members of her brother's award-winning group “Tye Tribbett & G.A.”

This was a joy, as she was honored and loved serving with her siblings locally and nationally.

A few years later, she was called by God to serve in other churches, in many capacities and for different seasons.

She proudly served on worship teams, appointed as a worship leader and a soloist, a choir director,

an intercessor on prayer teams, and serving on ministerial teams. She currently serves at Change Church, is a recent graduate

of Change College, and a licensed Minister under Senior Pastors Dr. Dharius Daniels and Lady Shameka Daniels. Under this amazing leadership, she serves on the Dream Team leading the campus Connect Prayer Team and Prayer Force Global. She also serves in discipleship/growth rotating as a facilitator as well as in media as stage communicator.

In the community, DeShantel was the prayer coordinator at Stratford Classical Christian Academy, where her daughter

attended as a student. During her time serving at SCCA, she created a monthly prayer day for the school; and on this prayer day, she and other intercessor-parents would meet at the school and pray for the school, lifting up any prayer requests from school families, the community, and the nation.  To be sure everyone would be included, she created a prayer theme and an agenda

went out to all parents and guardians who were unable to physically attend.

She is currently sits as Chairwoman for a women's empowerment program within her workplace organization. This woman's organization was formed to help support, empower, engage, and develop the women both professionally and personally. DeShantel has a heart to help women and is planning to expand her reach to develop programs outside of her workplace and into communities and the universal church at large.

God has been faithful and continues to open doors for DeShantel.  She is the Founder and CEO of L.O.B.E Ministries: Love Others Bless Elevate and Empower. DeShantel is very passionate about these areas and strongly believes they are key in building individuals and families, in the Community at large and the Kingdom of God locally and abroad.  L.O.B.E. Ministries is not targeted to one gender, age, or race.  But this multigenerational, multiethnic, and multicultural mandate is called to serve women, men, children, and youth. The focus is to help to build, grow, edify and inform on a spiritual level, as well as, on a practical level. Under the umbrella of L.O.B.E Ministries, DeShantel has The Winning Position blog and Just Jesus Nights. Just Jesus Nights are worship and prayer nights to set aside to spend time at the feet of Jesus. Power testimonies have come out of these nights and DeShantel is grateful for what God is doing.

In addition to the acronym for L.O.B.E. Ministries, DeShantel's ministry has the brain in mind. The LOBE, is also a reference to the frontal lobe of our brain, the part of the brain that is the center of decision-making.  Everything we do is a result of our brain’s frontal lobe processing.  2TIMOTHY 1:7 says “For God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love, and sound mind (sound judgement-self-control).”  This is her passion and her pursuit.  She is an advocate and will be partnering to bring health and wholeness to individuals, families, and the body of Christ locally and abroad, creating avenues for sound decision-making concerning everyday life and the things of God.

DeShantel is blessed to have a wonderful life with her devoted husband Leonard, who proudly served in the United States Navy. Together they share three children and one daughter in love. Son: De’Jarrell (Fabi), Daughter and bonus Daughter Autumn and Kiafa. Grandson and bonus grandson Oliver and Logan. And one granddaughter Legacy. DeShantel welcomes you, and is looking forward to sharing with you on this journey together.

Thank you for visiting!
